Where do you ship from?

We are based in the United States and ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

How long does shipping take?

Once you've placed your order it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Your order will then be delivered within 3-7 business days or sooner depending on where you reside or where the order is being shipped to.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

We ship to most US territories including: Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa

Do you ship to Europe? 

At the moment we do not ship internationally. As far as overseas destinations we currently ship to most US territories including those mentioned in the previous question above.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

We provide prepaid return labels for all approved returns originating from the 48 mainland states of The United States.

How long do I have to return my order? 

You must initiate a request to return an order within and no later than 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I return my order for a refund?

E-mail our customer service team at customercare@beyond-beau.com and they will guide you through the process. Please note all returns must be sent in tack in their original packaging as you received them with no defects or alterations made to the item to be eligible for a full refund.
